A registered investment adviser

Wealth management, with the tax plan built in.

Most advisers manage your portfolio and leave the tax strategy to someone else. We integrate both: planning across capital gains, income, equity, and estate taxes, implemented and administered inside a single advisory relationship.

23.8%
Top federal rate on long-term capital gains, before state tax. The hurdle every exit strategy is measured against.
$15M
Per-issuer QSBS exclusion cap for post-2025 stock, and the 2026 per-person estate exemption. Both reward early planning.
37%
Top federal rate on ordinary income. The hardest tax to plan around, and the one with the fewest honest strategies.
40%
Federal transfer tax above the exemption. Growth moved out of the estate early never faces it.
What we do

Four tax problems. One integrated plan.

Wherever your wealth is concentrated, the tax questions fall into four areas. We advise on all of them under one roof, so the strategies work together instead of in silos.

Capital gains

Appreciated stock, business interests, real estate, and crypto. We plan exits so tax is deferred, reduced, or eliminated where the law allows, and we show you the trade-offs of each route before you commit.

Ordinary income

Salaries, bonuses, and vesting equity are taxed at the highest rates as they arrive. The credible tools are investment-linked deductions and credits, and each is evaluated as an investment first.

Founder and startup equity

Qualified small business stock can eliminate federal tax on tens of millions of dollars of gain. Nearly all of the benefit depends on steps taken well before a sale.

Estate and gift

Above the exemption, wealth transfers face a 40% tax. Structures set up early move future growth to the next generation at a fraction of the eventual cost.

Our approach

Advice you can check, in writing.

Before we recommend any strategy, we show you the full picture: what you would keep by doing nothing, what changes under the strategy, and the assumptions and risks behind both. Every recommendation comes with its costs attached.

That means you will sometimes hear us recommend against a strategy that would have paid us to implement. A structure that only works in the brochure does not go in your plan.

Who we serve

Built for people whose tax problems arrived with success.

We work with founders and early employees, executives and other high earners, business owners approaching a sale, investment professionals, and families planning across generations.

The strategies overlap; the sequencing and priorities do not. Client relationships begin with a review of your specific situation, not a product menu.

A conversation costs nothing. Waiting usually does.

A first meeting covers your situation, the strategies that plausibly apply, and what we would need to review before recommending anything.
